Chadeish Yameinu had a wonderful year of Tikun Olam (Social Action). Our main focus was with the Interfaith Shelter suppers, bringing meals to folks taking shelter at local churches. But more than just bringing the meals, we stayed and enjoyed the meals together, conversing and getting to know each other. We are now looking to consider what will be our focus for the coming year. If you would like to join our TIkun Olam committee, please contact Lynn LeRose (lerosedelmar@hotmail.com) or Rose Ashford (rose50@me.com). Our next meeting will be on Thursday, August 25th, at 11 AM in Aptos.
