NOTE: Parking is readily available one block away at the public lot at River & Front Streets. If you do not use money on Shabbat,
please contact Rabbi Eli at rabbiasst@gmail.com for alternatives.
Note: Chadeish Yameinu generally holds Shabbat evening services on the first three Fridays of each month. (Shabbat morning services are held at 10 am on the second Saturday of each month. Currently, we hold these services at Temple Beth El, 3055 Porter Gulch Road in Aptos.)

Shalom (Stephen) and Yahudhas Neshama (Yuhu for short, Wanda in English) Braveman are hosting
Historic Downtown Old Monterey, 494 Alvarado Street, Suite (plenty of free parking, 25 steps up to our offices on the second floor. Bathrooms on same floor as the office.) Shalom and Yuhu are providing the main dish (vegan), soft drinks, coffee and tea. They are also providing all of the supplies and ritual items, such as candles, vegan challah, wine, grape juice. The hosts ask that guests bring either a desert or a side dish, Vegan/Vegetarian (Vegan preferred). Microwaves are available, no ovens or refrigerators though. Yes, the Bravemans' 8 month old Bassett Hound puppy, Bob, a Certified Therapy Dog, will be joining us as well! Very young children may have a hard time with the stairs and Bob. Older children are fine. Parents' discretion. This will be a musical evening. We have a couple of accomplished musicians who will assist us as we sing, drum and pray! We have an accordion, key board, guitar, many drums as well as a mother drum, assorted wind instruments and many shakers available so you need not worry about bringing an instrument. However, please feel free to bring your own instruments if you have them. Please come prepared to sing, play an instrument if you choose and dance.
